Listen we are in need of people that want a future. A life making great money and want to grow with us. We need people to show up, do what we teach you, have some natural sales ability, and sell our services and repairs. We are in an industry that is challenging and takes a special person to keep sharpening their skills on their own and with our never ending training.
We will never stop pouring money into you getting better to make you more money! Why? If you make more money we make more money!
You will be climbing on roofs, in attics, and on ladders obviously so you cannot be afraid of heights. You must be able to lift 50 pounds with ease.
Your day will be like this... Attend a sales meeting online for a few days and some continued sales training. (We never stop putting $$$ into you!) You will then go out to 2-5 clients and inspect, then sell the repairs. You will not have to do any of the repairs because they will be done by our installers. You will need to be able to read a tape measure and do iPad entries for the inspections and repairs estimates. You will be in constant sales pitch mode for presentation and rebuttals! Fluency and professional knowledge is a must! During the day or possibly in the evening you will make some follow calls to get previous clients to close the sales.
That's pretty much the gig! $100k is quite possible first year!
This is not a hyped job advertisement! If you want it and can do what we say, how we say to do it, and have the sales "it" than this job is a slam dunk for you!
