Administrative Assistant

Our firm is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality, professional administrative tasks for our construction audit and cost control firm. This individual will provide support in areas such as administrative tasks, invoicing, data entry, file organization, etc. This is a remote position, however the ideal candidate would be based in the Dallas area within commuting distance for an occasional meeting at our office. This position is ideal for an individual who can work part-time during typical weekday business hours, from 20-30 hours a week.

· Excellent command of the English language with ability to (a) proof-read reports for formatting, grammar, spelling, and (b) prepare proposals

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook email, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint)

· Basic understanding/use of Microsoft Excel and using cloud-based software for document exchange

· Ability (or general technology knowledge to learn quickly) to work with PDF formatted documents

· Willing to learn time & billing systems to assist with monthly invoicing tasks and generating reports

· Ability to work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
