Job Description: to provide administrative and operational support to several businesses. Businesses include a law firm, real estate investment and management, real estate development, and sports business. Support to include a wide range of tasks such as: social media accounts management, basic office functions, basic administrative functions, light bookkeeping, data entry, calendar management, real estate management support (contractor management), real estate rental management, sport business management functions, executive level administrative support.

Additional Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Requirements:
- Social Media Experience (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners) and phone systems
- Experience in dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Some isolated travel
