GRACE is seeking an energetic, organized, mission-minded individual to provide administrative support to the Client Services Department for the role of_ Client Services Support Aide_.
Responsibilities of a Client Services Support Aide include but are not limited to:
- Directs guests to appropriate departments via phone or in-person.
- Answers incoming calls and screens program inquiries, assist people by answering basic questions about program’s services.
- When appropriate, provides assessment of callers to help determine next steps for assistance.
- Handles initial steps in assisting clients during intake (computer log, intake information, file updates).
- Maintains client files and purges as policies indicate.
- Trains new hires, volunteers and interns regarding check in process of clients.
- Prepares documents, schedule meetings, and assists in registering participants in support of Client Services special events.
- Collects mail from post office, sorts, and distributes mail including recording payment details of all received checks and processing donations when necessary.
- Assists in the collection of invoices for Client Services and Transitional Housing.
- Provides administrative support to all departments.
- Ensure that all common areas are clean and kept in good order.
- Assist with special assignments related to program events/services.
- Assist Client Services Manager in the completion of monthly reports as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements; must have a valid Driver License.
- Office management experience.
- Database management skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Pay: $17.00/hour; paid semi-monthly.
Client Services Support Aide position reports directly to the Client Services Manager. All offers of employment are contingent upon the results of reference checks, a criminal background check and drug screen.
