Administrative Assistant

Qualification Required:

High School Diploma

2+ years as a receptionist or Administrative Assistant

Ability to work collaboratively with all teams, departments within the company, and work independently

Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and extreme attention to detail QuickBooks, Accounting, and Payroll Experience

Attire: business to business casual - no jeans, t-Shirts, or tennis shoes.

Responsibilities:

Greet Visitors as first point of contact and forward them to correct department and or person.

Places, receives, and routes calls as well as relays messages and or announcements.

Provide information to callers and visitors as well as schedules.

Manage reception area and provide clients services.

Orders and distributes office supplies as needed.

Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including mailing, faxing, and data entry.
