Lang Roofing Inc., founded in 1974 is a family owned business in Bell Gardens, CA.
We are seeking a professional individual to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position would be a hard working self starter who is a team player.
Duties include answering phones, filing, typing proposals and correspondences', ordering office supplies, creating and scheduling work orders, inputting contracts, proposal and invoices, uploading videos to YouTube, daily mail pick-up and various other clerical duties.
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Dataforma a plus but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Good typing abilities with minimal errors.
Will train in house as needed.
Hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Must be able to work overtime when needed.
English and Spanish speaking a plus.
Nine paid holidays with one week of vacation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
