Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Enter data into databases or spreadsheets
- Provide support for special projects or events as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Familiarity with file management and order entry processes
- Strong project coordination skills
- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
