Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Organized, punctual, dependable, customer-service oriented to be a part of the team. This position assists students, faculty and staff on a daily basis. Candidates must exhibit patience, courtesy, respect, active listening skills and highly effective interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail is required. Responsibilities include clerical and reception duties for the department and aiding faculty and staff. Student must have completed EXSC 350-351.
Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies
Student must be currently enrolled at the institution and eligible for federal work study aid. Good customer service skills, strong attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to stay self-motivated and complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner. Must be able to multi-task in a busy office environment. Must be familiar with office equipment and computer skills (Microsoft Office). Good written and oral communication. Good telephone skills.
