Shelly, Witter & Fox is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented individual for full-time front desk secretarial duties. This job requires experience in the use of Word, Access & Excel. Experience in QuickBooks or accounting skills preferred but not required. Job duties include QuickBooks timesheet entry, data entry, invoicing, large document folding, deed research and general office management. Applicant must hold a high school diploma & valid driver's license. Candidate must possess good communications skills and be a team player. Benefits: PTO, Health & Disability Ins., 401K.
