The Administrative Assistant supports BOOST, the leadership team, and other BOOST client-facing teams as required. This position is 100% remote, as BOOST is a virtual company, and the overall goals of this role will be to:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Input and update information in databases & spreadsheets
- Assist the corporate team with day-to-day activities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Corporate
- Order employee and corporate gifts
- Coordinate travel for employees
- Schedule and assist with corporate meeting planning
- Produce hours reports and send to clients
- New client process – setup in Asana, put TO in team folders, etc.
- Submit shared email requests for teams
- Update Org Chart & Where in the World Maps
- Input Incoming/Outgoing Referrals
- Monitor BOOST general inbox & voicemail
- Create New Hire Posts in Canva
- Assist with keeping spreadsheets up to date (Employee address for shipping etc.)
- Assist with production of BOOST Blast
- Assist with Fun Friday Planning
- Additional duties as assigned
Business Development/Sales
- Enter data into CRM
- Move opportunities through the sales process in CRM
- Produce reports from CRM as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with our platforms (Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to learn company-specific software
- Accurate record keeping
- Organizational skills
- Dynamic, highly motivated individual excited to join a growing company
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with leadership and employees
