Compensation: Starting Hourly Range: $18 - $25; Commensurate to Skills and Experience
Hours: Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Position Description:
The role of the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of members of the Executive Team, as well as a variety of administrative tasks and support. The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities will include managing the work schedules and calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports. This position is also responsible for acting as a point of contact among executives, managers, and employees, and assisting with email communications and inbox management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails communication & upkeep
- Coordinate travel arrangements and rentals
- Coordinate inter-department communications
- Assist with calendar management & scheduling meetings
- Manage expenses & receipts
- Assist and coordinate meetings and events
- Sort and delegate incoming tasks and requests
- Manage assistant phone
- Special admin and research projects
- Project manage new building improvements and design concepts for MEW office locations
- Two years of administrative or financial experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational & time management skills
- Self-started
- Quick learner
