Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals
- Greet visitors and ensure they are assisted promptly
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in using AppFolio, Miscrosoft Suite (OneDrive, Word, Excel, Etc.) Facebook, Loopnet, Costar, for creating and editing documents.
- Strong calendar management skills to schedule appointments and coordinate meetings effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Previous experience in property management preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Familiarity in commercial real estate preferred
