- Schedule Quality Behavioral Solution (QBS) training like a pro, ensuring our team stays at the top of their game.
- Distribute company property with precision, following all the proper procedures.
- Gear up for success by procuring PPE for our dedicated team.
- Offer a warm welcome to clients during intake, setting the stage for a positive experience.
- Coordinate offboarding like a true maestro, ensuring smooth transitions company-wide.
- Be the voice of our center as you answer phone calls and coordinate as needed.
- Roll out the red carpet for visitors, making them feel right at home.
**Minimum Requirements:**
- An Associate's degree in business, communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- One to three years of administrative experience will put you ahead of the game.
- Your communication skills are top-notch, both verbal and written.
- Show off your excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or related software is a must.
- Your organizational skills are legendary, with attention to detail that's second to none.
