We are looking for a skilled and experienced full-time Administrative Assistant for our office in Turlock, California.
About the ROLE:
Ø Report to and support the After Sales and Project Manager
Ø Creating quotations for spare parts, machine upgrades and services
Ø Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts and services
§ Track and monitor incoming and outgoing orders
Ø Maintaining the North American spare part stock.
§ Shipping and receiving of parts
§ Entering new parts into the system
§ Inventory counts
Ø Maintain facility and demo center in presentable condition
§ Coordinate cleaning and restocking of consumables
Ø General Admin Tasks
§ Receiving, and forwarding mail
§ Depositing checks
Ø Working closely and coordinating with our office in Canada and headquarter in Austria will be a key part of your task.
About YOU:
Ø Minimum 3 Year work experience in administrative tasks.
Ø Proficient in use of MS office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other web-based platforms
Ø Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, multitasking, and oral and written communication skills
Ø Effective prioritization of tasks and independent time management

QUALIFICATIONS:
Travel:
No travel required for this position.
Schedule:
40 hours / week, Monday-Friday, Between 7am-3pm
Notes:
Additional work hours may be required during peak periods.
Salary:
Range 40,000-45,000 $ / year, depending on work experience and qualifications
Vacation time:
3 weeks
