We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent clerical and customer support skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a dynamic role that requires multitasking and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting the public and visitors with their needs
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and materials preparation
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Assist with personal tasks for executives as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Previous experience in office work, finances, or QuickBooks system is a plus
