Summary
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as filing, setting up for meetings and/or events, reordering supplies, or providing information to callers and direction to visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Collect and prepare correspondence to be mailed.
Ensure office is sufficiently stocked with supplies.
Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
Set up and manage filing systems.
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet applications, and the Company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
