Job Description
GENERAL:
Responsible for processing all orders, invoices, and related correspondence through the Kersey Plant Heat Treating Office, as well as assisting customer service personnel.
Will require walking through plant floor in addition to desk work, due to administrative purposes with shipping and receiving.
Work hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have two years minimum experience in a clerical support role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Enter customer orders, and obtain additional information from customers where necessary.
- Communicate quotations and technical information to customers, and respond with answers to any questions.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for approval.
- Assist customer service personnel in answering customer status and delivery requests.
- Review shipment documentation and invoice details for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
