Easton Music Academy is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to work in person at our academy Monday through Friday 4-7pm.
Duties include:
- Answering phone calls and text messages
- Rescheduling/scheduling students
- Communicating with parents and teachers
- Greeting clients
- Keeping track of inventory
- Maintaining an organized and clean space
- Cleaning and disinfecting rooms
- Designing and updating newsletters and emails
Candidates should:
- Be punctual and timely
- Be organized
- Be able to multi-task
- Be pleasant and good with children
- Be professional
- Be friendly and welcoming
- Have great communication skills
- Care about our clients' experiences at EMA
- Have great phone skills
We do get very busy at times with multiple lessons happening at once, so you must absolutely be able to maintain a friendly attitude and professionalism in a fast paced environment.
Musical experience is not necessary! We are a very fast growing school and participate in many community events as well as hosting our own events. Our team is very family like, so we hope to find someone who fits in and really wants to be a part of our school.
