The world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise is seeking professionals for a position as a Customer Service Representative/ Office Manager for its fast-growing Bakersfield location. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print marketing, promotional and design projects. You will be submitting files to vendors, working directly with customers, preparing estimates and work orders, as well as supporting the owner with important projects and being part of a cohesive team. You will help to ensure projects are efficiently moving through to completion by working with stakeholders across departments. You will also perform light bindery and finishing tasks when needed. You will provide exemplary Customer Service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers. Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
Work independently and as a team member, from concept to completion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Professional Appearance and Attitude is a must.
Print shop experience is a plus.

Work Schedule: M-F 7:45am - 4:15pm (weekends off)
