Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate must have a pleasant personality and be comfortable with a (sometimes) busy office environment.

The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including:

• Answering calls and greeting visitors as needed; routing calls to appropriate staff and/or taking and delivering messages.
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
• Performing data entry and filing tasks.
• Ensuring proper sign-in & maintaining appropriate security procedures.
• Handling special administrative projects such as conference preparation and other overflow work as assigned.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Successful candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
