The Role
Wenzel is looking for an enthusiastic and professional experienced Administrative Assistant with training in a wide range of office administration tasks. Able to work under pressure and collaborate with a team. Successful record of fielding phone calls, providing information to clients and acting as liaison between departments as well as very strong computer skills (MS
Office etc).
Key Responsibilities Include:
Skills and Experience:
● Ability to answer multiple phone lines in a professional courteous manner
● Handle incoming invoices by ensuring they are correct in both amounts and taxation
● Assist with proposal and Job site submittals.
● Manage subcontract filings
● Create advertisements and track WBE/DBE participation.
● Track mileages for all vehicles
● Create and submit bid bonds
● Ability to cross train in other departments for coverage
● Assist in additional tasks as needed daily
Reports to: This position reports to the President/ Vice President but supports multiple roles and departments.
Position type: Full time. Monday Through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay: $18-$22/ hour depending on experience
