SalaryWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform daily tasks that will support our financial and safety team.
Responsibilities:
Daily Data Entry.
Accounts Receivables activities including collections & assisting with customer invoicing.
Accounts Payable activities including entering vendor bills.
Run weekly payroll and related payroll reports.
Assist with account reconciliation activities.
Answer inbound phone calls.
Ensure DOT E-Logs are audited and correct.
Daily audit of all fuel purchases.
Create and file new hire folders, pull termination folders, and prepare for onsite storage.
Ensuring the systems are up to date with new hires, changes, and terminations.
Provide administrative assistance to management team.
Other office tasks and projects as needed (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc).
Requirements and Qualifications:
Excellent computer, typing and communication skills are essential.
Previous experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration
Must be proficient in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office.
Must have ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Must be able to multi-task, stay organized, and have great time management skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
