Office Assistant
Seeking an Administrative Assistant for sales office of a manufacturing environment where you will make a BIG difference! Small business with casual environment, in Hayward.
Part time averaging 20-25 hours/week. (Wednesdays off at this time)
Experience/Skills required:
3 years minimum administrative/office experience
Excel and familiarity with databases
Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred
Organized and efficient, with a great work ethic!
Job description will include, but is not limited, to the following:
Oversee financial transactions including AP, AR and credit card reconciliations
Customer Service - New orders, shipping
Requests for quotes
Timecards
G/L postings and managing bank accounts
Credit checks
$22-24 Starting, depending on experience
