Kasama is currently seeking a PM Pastry Chef de Partie for our Michelin starred 13 course tasting menu. Hours are approximately Wednesday 12pm-6pm and Thursday-Sunday 12pm-12am Must be willing to learn and be self motivated. Responsibilities include prepping, setting up, guest interaction, and breaking down your station. Must be able to keep track of your own inventory and prep list. Good communication skills, positive attitude, attention to detail are a must. Fine dining experience preferred.
