The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and will be the first point of contact for HQ visitors.
What You’ll Do
The ideal candidate will represent the company in a professional manner and ensure that administrative support at our Headquarters runs smoothly and orderly. Essential components of the position will include answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate person or department, greet guests, distribute mail, schedule & coordinate meetings, prepare check requests, maintain neat appearance of reception, kitchen & conference rooms, order supplies, coordinate routine projects, and provide administrative/clerical support as needed.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must have a willingness to work onsite Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm. We require a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED coupled with excellent customer service, communication skills, and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. You must also be willing to take and successfully pass a background check.
