Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized sales Support Associate to support our Regional Manager and assist our rental and sales teams. This role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service across our three locations (Cary, Bald Head Island and Ocean Isle Beach, NC). The ideal candidate will be upbeat, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Fielding all rental inquiries and coordinating bookings for our three locations
- Assisting the sales team with customer satisfaction initiatives and follow-up communications
- Managing customer data and interactions through CRM systems
- Greeting clients and visitors at the Cary dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Providing general administrative support as needed, including answering phone calls, managing schedules, and handling inquiries
- Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support roles preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus
