Founded in 1971 and family-owned & operated since inception, we are the largest independently owned Ricoh and Kyocera office equipment dealership and service center in Central Ohio, operating out of Worthington with a reputation for stability, flexibility, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with telephone calls, emails and other various correspondences
- Accurately update records of customer interactions & process customer documents
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Other additional office related tasks to ensure efficiency and effective communication
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working in an office setting
- Experience working with current computer technology & programs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving and listening skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
