Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! The candidate must be a pleasant, reliable and detail-oriented individual who works well with others and independently. Your contribution is essential to our success as a company!

Who we are:

Founded in 1971 and family-owned & operated since inception, we are the largest independently owned Ricoh and Kyocera office equipment dealership and service center in Central Ohio, operating out of Worthington with a reputation for stability, flexibility, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with telephone calls, emails and other various correspondences
• Accurately update records of customer interactions & process customer documents
• Address customer inquiries and concerns
• Other additional office related tasks to ensure efficiency and effective communication

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience working in an office setting
• Experience working with current computer technology & programs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Excellent problem solving and listening skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
