Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support but covering the reception desk, greeting clients, visitors, and providing information and assistance to clients.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting with meeting set-up, and maintaining the common areas.
- Manage records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters; Prepare and send office correspondence, including emails and letters
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent supplemented by business coursework and training
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Data entry experience
- Professional administrative experience is required
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
