Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities will include:

• Greet visitors/vendors, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
• Support sales team with RFP required documents
• Manage communication including emails and phone calls
• Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
• Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain and order office and tradeshow/conference event supplies
• Coordinate office events
• Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
• Support sales team with RFP documents, proposal support as needed

Key Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative support function
• Self-starter with high attention to detail• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to organize computer files and update documents
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• BS in Business Administration or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Required)
• Construction administrative: 1 year (Required)

• Duarte, CA 91010: Relocate before starting work (Required)
