Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities will include:
- Greet visitors/vendors, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Support sales team with RFP required documents
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain and order office and tradeshow/conference event supplies
- Coordinate office events
- Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
- Support sales team with RFP documents, proposal support as needed
Key Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative support function
- Self-starter with high attention to detail• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to organize computer files and update documents
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- BS in Business Administration or related field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
