Administrative Assistant

Summary:

Provides administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and to the administrative office and departments designated by CAO for support: Human Resources, Payroll, Billing, Customer Service and other administrative support functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs administrative duties such as copying, faxing, scanning, filing, documentation, mail distribution and other clerical functions.
• Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
• Assists or prepares correspondence.
• Prepares new employee files when needed.
• Maintains efficient data management processes & systems
• Assist with the recruitment and termination process.
• Assist with special projects.
• Helps maintain company?s website and marketing efforts.
• Support Customer Service department as needed.
• Oversees dump ticket process including entering dump tickets into WAM system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
• Other duties as assigned
