Summary:
Provides administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and to the administrative office and departments designated by CAO for support: Human Resources, Payroll, Billing, Customer Service and other administrative support functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative duties such as copying, faxing, scanning, filing, documentation, mail distribution and other clerical functions.
- Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
- Assists or prepares correspondence.
- Prepares new employee files when needed.
- Maintains efficient data management processes & systems
- Assist with the recruitment and termination process.
- Assist with special projects.
- Helps maintain company?s website and marketing efforts.
- Support Customer Service department as needed.
- Oversees dump ticket process including entering dump tickets into WAM system.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
