Job Description
Job title: Administrative Assistant
The role
- Insert customer and account data on the company system.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities.
- Input payments and adjustments to software system
- Use client systems such as EPIC to verify and obtain information as requested.
- Produce monthly excel reports for IQC clients.
- Keep information confidential
- Filing
- General office duties
- Generate reports, file and store completed work in designated locations.
Skills/qualifications needed
- Excellent written/spoken English.
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Experience using Excel and software systems
- Attention to detail
- Good understanding of different cultures and geography outside of USA.
- Trustworthy with an eye for detail.
- Willingness and ability to learn as full training will be given
- High School diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
