Vitally important position within the office that reports directly to the Office Manager. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones, tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, greeting customers when they enter the office, record keeping, filing and invoicing clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years prior office experience
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and work efficiently
- Possess great communication skills, both verbal and written, grammar, spelling, and proof reading skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
- Type a minimum of 35wpm
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Must be a team player and be able to work well with other employees - not just in the office, but all employees of the company
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English; bilingual not required but a plus
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
