Accounting Admin
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for someone with a good mix of accounting and administrative experience for a growing client in Cincinnati. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $18 and $21/hr. depending on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of clerical & administrative operations
Ordering of Supplies for remote and onsite associates
Logging of checks, and forwarding them to the lockbox
Responsible for the company’s petty cash
Completes monthly fueling report for payroll and accounting
Performs a variety of administrative operations across multiple departments
Open and distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail for the company
Creating shipping labels, returns, and submit claims for lost or damaged mail/packages
Files paperwork, including scanning and filing documents electronically
Provide excellent customer services to all internal and external customers and vendors
Setup new Vendors and process invoices in Accounting Software
Credit Card Administration
Pay Company expenses with Credit Card
Coding of transactions using online platform
Ordering new or replacement credit cards
Research and dispute fraudulent charges
QUALIFICATIONS:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Preference for some college
Experience with Accounting Software
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in business office
Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft office and Excel
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Requires strong organizational and attention to detail
Must be able to analyze and solve non-routine problems
Ability to use postage machine, copier, fax, scanning and filing electronically
