Be part of the Honeywell Wheels & Brake Engineering team by using your organizational skills to support office operations and employee engagement offerings for the engineering organization located in South Bend, IN. You will work closely with the engineering leadership team and team members supporting day-to-day business needs and fulfill general administrative tasks such as purchasing, team communications, and site planning. You will contribute to a team of highly committed professionals with a variety of administrative tasks where organizational and communication skills will be needed to ensure success
Key Responsibilities
Manage suppliers and other indirect items
Creation and processing of department purchases and invoices
Support processing of expense reports
Responsible for internal communications
Assist with travel planning
Manage complex meeting/calendar organization
Mail Room pickup and delivery
Coordinate employee engagement and customer events
Provide general support to visitors and new employees
Support entry of service requests for facility and equipment
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma

Proven administrative assistant experience or in a similar role
Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web-based programs
Strong organizational skills
Professional and courteous communication
Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands
Individuals who are self-motivated and do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
Associate's degree preferred
Experience with SAP is preferred
