You will be the lead person with general office admisistration duties and accounting department support. Ideal candidate will be dedication, detail oriented and the ability to quickly transition between assigned tasks. Duties include: Suppost office activities and functions, provide administrative support to accounting (Primarily AP Duties), support President of Company, Serve as first point of contact for visitors, Oversee mail, Answer phones, Monitor and order office supplies, Maintain department files, Call in locates to 811, Type out and distribute bids.

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
