What you would do here:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with additional expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and enhancement of our Salesforce CRM system, with additional responsibilities in effectively leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities. Your work will directly impact our marketing strategies and customer engagement efforts, making it essential to our business operations. Collaboration with marketing, sales, IT teams, and other stakeholders will be a key part of your role to ensure our Salesforce environment aligns with our business objectives.
- Administer and maintain our Salesforce CRM environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, page layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and features, such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Integrate Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud to streamline marketing processes and data synchronization.
- Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing any issues or challenges they encounter.
- Develop and deliver training programs to help users maximize the benefits of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure high data quality and integrity within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track marketing campaign performance and CRM data.
- Leverage Salesforce and Marketing Cloud features to automate and improve marketing and sales processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with various departments, especially marketing and sales, to ensure that Salesforce and Marketing Cloud functionalities align with their needs.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives involving Salesforce.
- Stay informed about new Salesforce and Marketing Cloud features, updates, and best practices.
- Explore and recommend new tools and technologies that can enhance our Salesforce capabilities.
What you already know and have done:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a major plus.
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM best practices and functionality, with a keen ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage projects effectively.
