Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Carmel, IN. As an Office/Compliance Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and compliance processes for our company. This role involves ensuring that our operations and employees are compliant, leading compliance reviews, maintaining and organizing records, and providing support to management and staff.
Main Duties
- Checking inventory regularly and ordering new supplies from vendors
- Onboarding new employees and keeping employee files up to date
- Leading compliance and insurance revalidation's
- Maintaining companies policies and procedures
- Shipping products to patients
- Communicating with patients over the phone
- Booking travel accommodations
Skills
- Experience or knowledge of insurance plans is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH and OSHA
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and be a self starter
- Adept in technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
