- Ordering supplies for the Production Support and Servicing groups.
- Submit facilities and equipment maintenance requests.
- Perform admin duties for incoming invoices and services.
- Reviewing and sorting mail by the group for pickup by proper departments or areas.
- Receive and log incoming loan documents that are delivered by couriers/title companies.
- Tracking of temporary badges for auditors, vendors, etc., logging in and out all vendors and visitors.
- Manage Breckenridge Room training workshops, training, and liaison with the key managers and the title company representatives.
- Track and complete seminar class registrations and facilitating sign- in sheets for follow- up.
Requirements:
- Must be able to maintain a pleasant demeanor across all audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Organizational and prioritizing skills
