Summary:
Assist the General Manager with daily admin and marketing duties. Golf knowledge is preferable but not necessary.
Essential job functions:
- Provides administrative support to General Manager ensure daily duties are completed.
- Assist with answering phone calls/messages for General Manager.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing marketing tasks related to golf tournaments and events.
- Supports team by assisting with social media posts.
- Assists with weekly e-mails to database.
- Support team and GM with HR needs, onboarding new employees, payroll, etc..
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
