National Achiever Services in Everett, WA is looking for one Admin Assistant to join our team. We are located on 13027 Bothell Everett Hwy Ste B. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
- Answer Phones and direct customers
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
- Light Bookkeeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiar with Quickbooks
The right candidate may elect to work from home on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00/hour.
