Mosaic Real Estate is seeking a reliable and process oriented individual to join our team as a Client Concierge. This is a project-based position–no two workdays are alike! Primary Objectives

  • Serve as a key point of contact for our valued agents, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally by
  • Liaison between end-user clients and tech support.
  • Research solutions for internal systems and platform assistance through connecting with help desks and online support.
  • Executing training on various Mosaic tech platforms in-person and via Zoom to educate agents about new and improving technology.
  • Utilize your marketing savvy to create engaging content using tools like Canva, enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.
  • Leverage your tech skills to streamline agent-client interactions and optimize the overall user experience.
  • Onboard new agents and familiarize them with Mosaic platforms, policies & practices.

Regular Work Activities

  • Front Desk Reception: Be the friendly face that greets all individuals entering the office, including agents, clients, and visitors! Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the professionalism and hospitality of Mosaic Realty.
  • Agent Support: Onboard and assist Mosaic agents by guiding them through the process of learning, understanding, and seamlessly integrating into all of Mosaic's internal systems and online platforms. Provide ongoing support to agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel as an agent.
  • Social Media Management: Update and curate content for Mosaic's social media accounts, ensuring that the brokerage maintains an engaging and informative online presence. Post internal updates to communicate to agents and team members within the brokerage, such as upcoming classes, events, or fundraisers.
  • Marketing Materials: Create visually appealing designs for flyers, brochures, digital graphics, and other marketing materials that bring our various promotional events to life.
  • Event Planning: Contribute to Mosaic's event planning efforts by assisting in the coordination and execution of various events. This could involve coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors, and ensuring events run smoothly.
  • Office Organization: Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the office, creating an organized and appealing environment. Keep track of office supplies and replenish them as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Canva and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to manipulate data using various formulas.
  • Ability to teach and speak in front of large crowds.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
