ServiceMaster Services is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team! Work hours from 8 am to 3 pm and hourly pay ranges from $18 to $25 DOE. $250 hiring bonus paid after 45 days of employement.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, a multi-tasker, great on the phone, has excellent analytical skills, and is very organized. If you are a quick learner with good interpersonal skills, then you will do well at ServiceMaster Services.

Primary Responsibilities
- Create daily project summary
- Send out emails/written correspondence
- Assist with social media updates
- Work on marketing/lead generation programs
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Develop email, mail, and online advertising campaign
- Track marketing return
- Post jobs and coordinate interviews
Position Requirements
- Experience in office environment a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software
