SalaryWe are a thriving Orthopedic & Sensory Wellness Center private practice looking for an All-Star Therapy Aide and Admin Support person to join our team! Holistic Orthopedics is a beautiful clinic located in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. The primary responsibilities for this role will be supporting our medical providers as they care for patients, performing essential front office duties and assisting patients with scheduling navigating the clinic.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-10 hour shifts depending on need, Friday's usually shorter shifts
Must Have Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Customer service oriented and ability to communicate confidently
- A proactive mindset and take initiative to complete tasks with autonomy
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner
- Ability to learn and successfully use new programs as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain beauty and order of the clinic while supporting the flow of the front office
- Maintain thorough and complete patient records
- Work closely with medical billers
- Assess office and clinical supply inventory levels
- Assist therapists with preparing rooms and clinic tasks as needed
- Be our plant person!
