SalaryTypical responsibilities is receiving and sorting invoices, matching invoices to shipment papers, Data entry, paying bills, and assisting the President with any reports he may need. Experience in Quickbooks and/or payroll a plus. Applicants must be fluent in the Microsoft Office suite, be able to learn the company’s computer software system and have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
