SalaryThe Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization, as well as assisting the AR Supervisor and Accounting Manager as needed. This position requires working in our Fort Washington, PA office a minimum of two days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Entering daily deposit efficiently
- Issuing customer refunds
- Credit card processing
- Credit card reconciliation
- ACH reconciliation
- Customer account disputes
- Calling customers to follow up on discrepancies in payment
- Filing and maintaining records as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Willing to work in office 2 days/week

- Strong in Excel or other spreadsheet software
