Your role will involve managing accounts receivable in McLeod software and QuickBooks file, plus keeping tabs on pending items to ensure follow-ups with second notices on outstanding receivables.
We need someone who is great with organizing- scanning and filing documents with precision.
You'll also be entering transactions on excel spreadsheets and assisting with fuel transactions.
Pay: $19-20 HR
Shift: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
