We are looking for Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Client, a beverage manufacturer, located in Woodbury, NY.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 9a-6pm, temp-to-perm.
In this role you will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable and credit and collection function.
The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience and HEAVY cash application experience. Experience navigating customer websites and portals needed.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Cash applications, verifying and posting receipts, resolving discrepancies.
- Process and post cash transactions and receipts.
- Update daily cash tracking and reporting.
- Manage course of action to validate, analyze, reconcile and expedite the resolution of customer/sales deductions.
- Attend meetings with sales to review risk accounts; resolve deductions and charge-backs.
- Prepare various Accounts Receivable reports and analyses.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relations.
- Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required

The salary range for this position is $25-$25/hour
