This position will be responsible for managing communications with customers relating to past due invoices, short payments, and discrepancies in charges. You will also assist with applying cash and auditing invoices for accuracy prior to sending to our customers and assisting team members with various tasks related to the department.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Wage: $17-$19/hr (Depends on Experience)
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Maintaining and managing the open AR for all customers
2. Cash application for customer invoices
3. Assist with Customer calls and emails
4. Back up for other department duties
5. Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:
Skills and Knowledge:
1. High school education required
2. One year of Accounts Receivable experience desired, but not required
3. Must be able to follow instructions and take directions
4. Must be able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access and willing to learn new computer programs to assist with daily duties.
