Accounts Receivable Clerk

Duties:
- Process and post customer payments accurately and timely
- Prepare and send out customer invoices
- Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions
- Assist with credit analysis and setting credit limits for customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or disputes
- Perform data entry tasks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software QuickBooks
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of business accounting principles and practices
- Perform credit analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
