What you'll be doing...
As an accounting clerk for Pension Accounting, you will be responsible for managing business relationships with account executives and employers. This includes ensuring the appropriate billings are sent to employers. You will also be:
- Reconciling and balancing all transmittals within established guidelines
- Providing notes and follow-up on unbalanced transmittals
- Researching and resolving overages, shortages, bank suspensions
- Maintaining correspondence logs and generating required letters
